Aloha Everyone,
This was the simplest experience as transit passengers. We estimated that there were less than 40 of us. We were the last to leave Coral Princess. No formal entry to Florida. In the past we physically walked out of the building then walked back in.There were customs and immigration but basically transient passengers walked through as a group.
By the time we returned to Coral Princess, our luggage and clothes on hangers were transferred to our new stateroom 622. Nearly identical except orientation of left to right requires a minor adjustment.
Big news is Coral Princess won Princess Cruise contest nudging out previous winner, Ruby Princess. Happy Captain Diego Perra, announced one time $25,000 bonus plus one week free WiFi for the entire staff. $25,000 bonus to be used for special party We were informed that each member were given a medal signifying this accolade.
Staff, including newly boarded members are all smiles. Recognition by the management and the company has lasting effects on their performance and attitudes.
