Nearly everyone from toddlers to seniors, we all have at least one mobile phone. The ease of talking photo undetected is threatening and could be dangerous. Especially in places like the Philippines, I’ve seen people pull out their mobile phone from their pants pockets and take multiple pictures or videos. There’s no prohibition unless the subject refuses to comply. Damages are done if your image is being used to promote food products or worse some undesirable behavior.
I don’t include photos of people who are prominent in the photo. My sister asked me, “Where’s other guests?” I wait until they are out of my photo range or crop them out.
We haven’t gone to Kimpura for nearly 2 years. Since you can choose main dishes for your box lunches, I took a chance of ordering tempura and Zarusoba which came with chawanmushi (basically hot steamed custard egg). J.J. helped me with sashimi and shrimp tempura. We both agreed that desserts were the best.
For good service and large portions, the equivalent cost of US $50 for the two of us were reasonable.
