Aloha Everyone,
Had a chance to catch up with Jeff, but due to time difference, we weren’t able to connect with our family and friends in the West Coast.Had our breakfast at the hotel. I’m trying to load my vegetables at the hotel. In addition, I had my sago and Taho (this is the real thing) and sent photos to my sister and niece who thought the ones we bought for our family gathering was odd.
There’s a holiday promotion of bulk laundry services. Up to approximately 9 pounds, it will cost US $15. That’s about the same price we pay when our clothes are washed and folded at LavanderÃa in Torrance.
After speaking with our room attendant for daily room cleaning, towels and amenities requirements, J.J. and I went to supermarket and a drug store to pick up a few items.
J.J. has been looking for a condominium unit to rent. But so far they have a minimum 1 year stipulation. If we cannot find a suitable place, I am fine with staying at Seda Hotel. That is if they have rooms over the holidays.
Lunch at Mary Grace. Another one of our old favorites. here are so many wonderful cafes and restaurants even if we don’t venture outside of our familiar grounds. The weather is warm but pleasant enough.
Dinner at Banana Leaf, a Thai restaurant in BGC. Served on fresh banana leaves instead of plates, it is another one of our favorites places.
