Fantastic Family Reunion

Aloha Everyone,

My son and I went on our morning walk. We are in the middle of an unusual heatwave. It was so hot. The outside temperature was already in the 80’s when we started out at  7:00 am.

 

Cirrus clouds covered the sky giving us some shade until the sun eventually came out. Trying to maintain my normal 3 hours walk in the morning wasn’t easy. I was so grateful for the strong air conditioning cooling the entire house.

Jeff’s plane arrived on time and while J.J. and I waited for them at home, everyone went to meet him at the airport. The brothers regularly have long conversations. Jeff and I also talk on daily basis unless we are away on cruises.  To see their smiling faces and watch our daughter-in-law and granddaughter interacting with our sons made our hearts soar. J.J. and I are grateful for the love, trust, open communication and emotional connection.
