Aloha Everyone,
Our United Airlines flight from Heathrow was delayed by an hour. The pilot made up the delay and we actually arrived 30 minutes early.On board services in premiun economy was good though we certainly prefer to fly Business Class. J.J. and I stayed awake and watched inflight movies. Both of us selected old classics such as Casablanca, The Godfather, Pride & Prejudice, 50 First Dates, etc.
Took a Lyft directly to Extended Stay America. My sister came over and we went to Tokyo Central in Gardena. This supermarket is enormous with so many Japanese food takeout options.
I am going to see if eating Natto, Tofu, Radish Sprouts as my main meal source would help me with my healthy eating.
