Getting Back to Our Daily Walking

Aloha Everyone,

South Bay Area really never gets too hot with the exception of Indian Summer, a period of unreasonably warm, dry weather. Indian Summer sometimes occurs in the Fall around the months of September/October in the temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

At 7:00 am, the sky was becoming light and is a good time for me to go outdoors for my first walk of the day. I set my timer for 120 minutes and consciously lift my legs heel-toe-heel-toe while listening to meditation music.

This morning all I saw were several scroungy and unkept looking crows looking for trash.

At 8:00 am, I’ve already walked 4.1 miles. Excellent progress. Yesterday I walked 5.4 miles or 13,686 steps. J.J. also has achieved his target of 3 miles. Finally, we are getting back to our daily walking targets.

Aloha -- Cathi
