Red Scottish Highlands Cattle, known as The Highlands has long horns and a long shaggy coat. The coat comes in red, black and white. At a glance, I would say one look huggable. When I approached one behind a double wire fence, he looked indifferent and kept on munching grasses. I told my subject to “Look at me”. No response. Finally I raised my voice to get its attention. Not bad photo after several attempts.
Nessie and the River Ness are other “must not miss” places in Inverness. Ionut Iorga, our taxi driver, originally from Romania turned out to be also a good tour guide. He made several stops for me to be able to take photos. We paid our ride with a credit card which came out to US$198.48. Ionut was clever. Offered to drop us by the cruise terminal.
