Aloha Everyone,
I decided to get the majority of today’s walking done prior to getting off the ship. Primarily, there were two groups of passengers. Those who joined the ship tours and those who were going on shore looking for their own adventure.
J.J. and I got off past 9:30 am and walked out to an overcast day with light drizzles. The walk to Whole Foods took us about 20 minutes one way. J.J. estimates the distance was about 1.5 miles round trip. While J.J. had access to the Whole Foods WiFi, I used my phone data and called our family.
The two of us spent about 90 minutes on shore and returned to the Sapphire Princess for lunch.
Showtime in the Princess Theater featured comedian Steve Ragatz. His circus acts, juggling, blocks, unicycle, cane and boomerangs were enjoyable. He didn’t get a standing ovation. But audience mostly remained in their seats and sympathized with him whenever he stumbled. Reason was a rough sea and movement that kept him off balanced.
