Aloha Everyone,
The two of us stayed in 5 different hotels in the Philippines during the past 8 months. Some have great service, wonderful amenities plus extra comfortable bed and pillows plus plush bath towels.
Our daughter-in-law asked which is our favorite. It’d be Baguio Country Club tied with Makati Diamond Residences. Seda BGC is a 4 star business class hotel. The room size, design and quality resemble that of Holiday Inn Express. Though the building is newer, not attached to any malls, is one of the biggest negative factors.
J.J. and I walked to Uptown Mall which was about 20 minutes in the midday heat. We find that these malls have nearly identical boutiques and restaurants and services. Although less than 30 minutes ride, this mall was newer and thus had a better use of space.
We are creatures of habit when it comes to food. Familiarity of our favorite dishes, we chose Fely J’s to have Sinigan na Bantus and Lumpia Sariwa. Good and safe transition day!
