A couple with 3 small children are staying at Extended Stay America (ESA) this week. Today while I was waiting for freshly brewed coffee, the little girl struck a conversation.The little girl: “Do you like coffee?”
Me: “Yes.”
The little girl: “I don’t like coffee.”
Me: “What do you like? Milk?”
The little girl: “No I don’t like milk. But, I like oatmeal with chocolate. I am going to get a lots of candy for Halloween. We are going to go Trick or Treating.”
Her mother who was balancing a baby brother commented that Halloween is not what it used to be. You are afraid to go out. You can’t trust that candies have not been tampered. Shopping mall sponsored Halloween parties and parades could attract undesirables and potentially dangerous people.
