Aloha Everyone,
This morning, our list of “things to do” started with 10. Some are simple and routine like finishing my daily 5-6 miles walk before 8:40 am. One of our top priority was to get our manicure and pedicure done. Our regular nail salon was packed. We decided to wait for 30 minutes, which is what the receptionist said. When J.J. began to get uncomfortable from fumes coming from nail polish, we decided to leave.Adjacent to the nail salon was a hair salon franchise which J.J. and I have used. There were 5 hairstylists and they all were busy.
One stylist who was finishing up a haircut enthusiastically motioned J.J. to take a seat. She was good. I also had my hair done.
Von’s Supermarket was located near the hair salon. J.J. and I chuckled and said this must be a sign. We were able to purchase bagels for J.J. and healthy high protein breakfast cereal for me.
We had our digital luggage tags printed and I purchased disposable reading glasses and sunglasses from Walmart for our travel.
