Aloha Everyone,
We were on the road a total of 5 1/2 hours. Plus, J.J. and I spent nearly 3 hours with our son and granddaughter. The lunch our son prepared was delicious and healthy — curry made of ground turkey, tofu and a variety of vegetables served over steaming white rice.Our granddaughter arrived home after her Tang Soo Do practice. There was so much catching up to do. The main objective of making such a quick drive was to pick up documents for filing our income tax.
Our daughter-in-law is away in Hawaii for a week visiting her parents. We will see all of them when we go for a longer stay over the Easter holiday.
