Hawaiian Islands Cruise Embarkation Day

Aloha Everyone,

Last night, one of the ship’s guest services staff brought two new Medallions to our stateroom. His instructions were for us to use the old medallion to exit the ship then re-enter using the new medallions. 

This turn out to be a mini fiasco. As we’re getting off the ship this morning, security informed us the old medallions were invalid and we were asked to return to the guest services desk. Problem was that no one seemed to know how to resolve our awkward situation. It took time to sort things out.

At least we were able to speak with our family and friends and I caught up with my walking as we back in the US. In Mexico there would be roaming charges.

The stock market is up two days in a row. We will be seeing Jeff in less than a week. Life is good.
