Aloha Everyone,
The two of us are now regulars at the Guest Services counter. Our 4th replacement Medallions still do not work. It seems to be functioning well until we tried to purchase tokens for washer & dryer, exit the ship, to make our meal reservations and to gain access into our desired restaurant.Another passenger at Guest Services was complaining about his room not having air conditioning throughout the entire duration of this cruise. He was unhappy when the guest services staff offered him $200 future cruise credit for being inconvenienced.
Except to go down briefly to take souvenir selfies, the two of us remained on board and enjoyed Ensenada from a distance.
