The good news is that I am cleared to proceed with my right eye cataract surgery which will be scheduled the 2nd week of April 2023.My left eye cataract operation was a success. However, I have a floater in the same eye, possibly a result of the operation. According to the retina specialist, sometimes it can occur post cataract operation. In most cases, one does not have to do anything, but I should monitor and see a specialist if the floaters become dark or flashing lights or see black “curtain” to obstruct my vision.

As we walk our life’s paths, we are given opportunities to accept changes, many exciting and others inevitable.
