Aloha Everyone,
Signage for the shopping complex where Hannam Chain Supermarket is located caught J.J.’s eyes. His pursuit of good food is a serious endeavor.The first Hannam store opened in 1988 in the area known as Korean town in Los Angeles, CA. The Del Amo site, within a short walking distance from our hotel, just opened.
The two of us were impressed with the size of the complex and the large variety of mostly Korean products. J.J. purchased ready made steamed buns and potstickers to try.
Excellent quality and well priced, we will go back for more serious grocery shopping, including Korean-style marinated beef, fresh fruits and veggies.
