Aloha Everyone,
Pirates and Privateers in the Caribbean Sea headed by the infamous Black Beard had been active for about 80 years. Series of fantasy blockbuster films, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and a Disneyland theme park of the same name glamorizes them.
Our day begins and ends by monitoring latest developments with the Russian attack on Ukraine. We hope the war ends soon.
Our disembarkation will be delayed by 3 hours. The reason, as announced by Commodore Nick Nash, is due to the emergency disembarkation of a crew member in Grand Turk. Some passengers actually witnessed this event at 3:00 am this morning.
Weny from the Philippines told us that he has 20 rooms on this cruise including ours. Quiet but efficient, Weny always had beads of perspirations on his forehead. He will be remaining on Enchanted Princess for two more cruises.
