Two night’s stay in Port Lauderdale was brief and very busy. J.J. and I had a list of things to accomplish including getting another COVID test. Rather confusing as some cruise route insists on giving every passenger a COVID test prior to boarding and others require for you to get one within 24 hours prior to boarding.We used the services of POMCMD.COM mobile testing site located in the parking lot of the Rodeway Inn where we stayed. We paid $50 each for our Antigen test and additional $1 for printed copies.
After receiving confirmation of our negative COVID test results, we celebrated with a simple lunch at Yummy Berry Cafe and Sushi Bar owned by a couple of Israel ladies. No time to linger as they were ready to close the store to observe the Sabbath.
