Negative COVID Test

Aloha Everyone,

HOMED Medical staff was efficient and professional. J.J. had registered online so tests were administered immediately after they verified our passport numbers. In a matter of two minutes, we were finished. The €20 cost for two is reasonable. By the time we returned to our hotel, the Negative COVID tests required for entry to the USA was in J.J.’s mailbox.

After revisiting the Japanese noodle shop for quick tempura udon lunch, J.J. and I were on our way to Sofitel Hotel at the Athen’s airport. The two of us enjoyed a light dinner of green salad and margarita pizza. The hotel seems to have very few guests.

It’s stressful to have to show your vaccine cards and passports in bars and restaurants even we are registered guests at Sofitel.

Before I end our blog for our Greece sojourn of 2 1/2 months, let me share with you my daily breakfast in Athens. As you can see, I am trying to achieve my primary protein intake with egg and beans. I believe once I can access more fresh berries and veggies, my palate of breakfast plates will be more colorful.
