Aloha Everyone,
I found several “how to” articles regarding decreasing the effects of jet lag. J.J. and I have been getting more than sufficient sleep - 8 to 9 hours each night. We also take 15-30 minutes “power naps” during the day. Only problem is that our bodies have not adjusted to the local time zone. By 7:00 pm, the two of us are ready for bed. Good thing is that between 3:00 - 4:00 am, my energy level is fully recharged and I am prepared for a new day!As with so many things that are stressing everyone, traveling during the time of COVID involves additional preparation which are time consuming and aggravating.
