Aloha Everyone,
After spending two weeks on the island, J.J. and I stumbled into a Medieval section of Naxos. It’s just one street level up parallel to where most of the restaurants are located. The paved streets are picturesque with many tiny stores displaying merchandise lined on both sides of the narrow walkway.
In contrast to the Main Street where one finds restaurants and eateries, travel agencies, in the Old Town J.J. and I found a charming small Greek island character which resembles the more relaxed pace of Paros. The only problem is that if we decide to sit in one of the restaurants or cafes, the two of us would be included in other visitors’ souvenir photos.
