Aloha Everyone,
It is heartwarming to see J.J. regaining his appetite since we arrived in Cuenca. He also says that his taste buds are returning to normal. Not only is J.J. enjoying his food but looks forward to choosing restaurants and selecting dishes that are mixture of international and Ecuadorian.Here are some of the meals we enjoyed over the first 6-days of our stay in Cuenca.
