Aloha Everyone,
We are very fortunate and grateful to be back in Ecuador.
A view from one of our windows show the blue sky, puffy clouds and a high mountain at a distance.
Our breakfast in the hotel dining room follow all the COVID-19 protocol of keeping the masks on except while dining and all meals are ordered and served. There is no buffet. J.J. and I both enjoyed American breakfast. No coffee or caffeine drinks until our bodies recover.
For tonight’s dinner, we went down to the same restaurant. Our selections and estimate portions were partially based on the prices on the menu. We were surprised to be served Sopa de papas (potato soup), empanadas de Morocho Verde (meat & veggie pies), and Pizza Americana all were enough for sharing and we weren’t able to finish. The total cost for our dinner was $15.99 inclusive of 12% tax.

Yoga and meditation followed by a hot shower and I will be in bed by 7:00 pm local time.
