Getting together with J.J.’s cousins who live near Knottsberry Farm in Buena Park is always a joyful occasion. No matter how many months we haven’t seen each other, our conversation is picked up without any gap. Today, Jimboy, a cousin whom J.J. has not seen for over 50 years was at the gathering. Jimboy with his wife and a couple of their friends completed our extended family group.
A word to describe J.J.’s cousins as a whole is that they are simpáticos. They are simply nice. With easy smiles, hugs and laughter, we caught up with the events of our life.
Cory, who is a special friend to all, gave a guava jelly she made as a gift to my Mother.
