Aloha Everyone,
We met Charlie & Louise at the mandatory muster station on the first day of our cruise.
The two have been high school sweethearts since they were 17 and 15 years old respectively in their native city of Amsterdam. As a commercial pilot, Charlie had worked around the world including in Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Saudi Arabia and Hawaii.
The two of us joined Lorrin & Margaret when they were seated for buffet dinner at the Lido deck. Our conversation flowed easily when we learned that two are native of Hilo, Hawaii. J.J. and I occasionally meet people from Hawaii. However finding that Margaret graduated from Hilo High School and that Lorrin may know our friends in Hilo is intriguing and interesting. It is indeed a small world.
