Aloha Everyone,
The attractive signage of Bearstone Cafe caught our eyes as we entered Columbus. It was a great find. Lynn, with big infectious smile greeted us and recited their special lunch for today: burger with Jalapeño pepper and Jack cheese. One of the best lunches on the road.
Taste of pepper accentuated the beef patty.
Kori took over the site and brought in new restaurant concept catered both to the local residents as well as those traveling on I-90. The place is clean, spacious, tastefully decorated. And most importantly, their service and food quality are excellent. It is a must stop place if you are traveling on I-90.
Topography started to become more mountainous as we entered Montana. Some landscapes reminded us of Switzerland.
Drove through the thriving resort town of Bozeman enjoying the occasional break from a pastoral landscape.
Grateful that J.J. took over the driving as Honu was shaken by gusty winds and pelted by heavy rain.
Three Bar RV Park located outside of Butte city center is Honu's home for the night.
