Dental Checkups at Metro Dental

Aloha Everyone,

Happiness is having our teeth cleaned and being informed that J.J. and I have good teeth and no new cavities! I can't thank enough Dr. Ellie Phillips and her useful book, "Kiss Your Dentist Good Bye" http://www.drellie.com/

Metro Dental is the largest dental chain in the Philippines. On this visit, J.J. and I used the clinic located in Greenbelt 5, just 7 minutes walk from our condo.

Immaculate reception area manned by cheerful, poised and well-trained staff gave us reassurance and reminded us why we love coming back here.

Dr. Fats, examined my mouth, updated my dental record which is kept on their computer system and did the cleaning. http://www.metrodental.com.ph/

There is a large array of upscale restaurant selection in the Greenbelt. J.J. and I enjoy our leisurely walks and discovering new places.

For lunch, we ate at Mangan, a Filipino restaurant. J.J. had a BBQ pork with corn rice which gives its yellow color. We shared a grilled boneless Bangus (Milk Fish) and Bibinka.

FELIX, a restaurant serving fusion food was one of the best we've had so far. Appetizer of Gambas (Spanish-style garlic shrimp); grilled pompano garnished with mango and watermelon; and sautéed mushroom spaghetti were absolutely delicious. J.J. and I could not resist sharing the mouth-watering macadamia nuts Sans Rival.

Today's gourmet meals came out to US$20 for lunch and US$40 for dinner.

Aloha -- Cathi
