Aloha Everyone,
Some of you who've known J.J. personally know that he is a terrific cook. Although he does not dwell on it, I think he misses his cooking and occasionally I miss my baking.
Tonight J.J. made rack of lamb for dinner and my Mother made her delicious goma-ae (Japanese-style spinach) http://norecipes.com/
We finished our sumptuous dinner with a light and healthy dessert of agar-agar prepared by my brother.
