Aloha Everyone,
My Mother always reminds me to eat well and eat healthy. For lunch today, I had an excellent, healthy vegetarian meal at French Connection Bakery & Bistro in Cedar City.
We are taking advantage of strong WiFi connection for the past 2 days. While J.J. was doing research of the routes we will be taking next week, I went for a walk around one city block from our RV Park. J.J. joined me for the last two rounds so I am happy that I was able to get about an hour or 6 miles of walking exercise.
Had a relaxing hot shower then a very good dinner consisting of baby spinach and avocado salad, roast beef smorrebrod with corn chips and salsa.
Tonight we will be watching "Doc Martin, the movie" which is a predecessor to the popular BBC Doc Martin television series.
