Aloha Everyone,
This morning I woke up at 5:30 AM or 3:30 AM Hawaii Time. After 7 1/2 hours of straight sleep, I felt rested, but lingered in the comfortable warm bed until sun rise.
Before noon, I finished two loads of laundry and organized Honu's storage spaces in preparation of our forthcoming departure from California.
My Mother had multiple errands to take care of and I volunteered to tag along.
My Mother and my sister are leaving for Japan at the end of this month. The purpose of their coming visit is for 5 of her students to receive recognition from the Japan Minyoū Kyokai (Japan Folk Song Organization). February usually is the coldest month in Japan. My Mother told me that she is not really looking forward to this trip.
The Shiseido cosmetic outlet was our 5th and final stop. My Mother purchased a facial cleanser for her trip while I went around and admired potted flower displays.
