Aloha Everyone,
My Mother was very pleased to have all her three children plus J.J. and my brother's adult son and my sister's youngest grandson accompanied her to visit the family cemeteries.
She took along cut flowers and incense for offerings at each of the cemeteries we visited. My young grandnephew at 7 and a month young is a precocious little boy. It was poignant and yet heartwarming to see him clear leaves off the tombstones of what appeared to be individuals whose family members no longer are around. I hugged his shoulders and told him that they are grateful and saying their "thanks" for his kindness.
