Aloha Everyone,
John & Pat love to travel. When I asked where are some of their favorite cities in Europe & Eastern Europe, they mentioned Krakow (Poland), Athens (Greece), Capri (Italy), Barcelona (Spain) and London (England). As to my question of the favorite city, without a second of hesitation, Pat immediately said, "Paris!" (France). Looking around their spacious home, I found at least a dozen items with the Eiffel Towers motif. Here are some of them.
Sudden heavy downpour and flooded streets and parking lots did not deter our enthusiasm touring the town of Antioch (\ˈan-tē-ˌäk\).
Pickard China has been producing limited edition collectors plates and bowls. It was interesting to see in their display cases sets that were produced for the Presidents of the United States.
We had a late lunch at John and Pat's favorite Greek restaurant, Mr, G's. Excellent meals at reasonable prices. The four of us dashed out as it started to rain again. The rest of the day was spent with good conversation which deepened our friendship.
