Aloha Everyone,
We came back to La Jolla after spending only two nights at my Mother's place. It is very difficult to decline a personal invitation from our granddaughter to attend her end-of-the-year music performances at her school. J.J. and I must agree that it was well worth a return trip. We enjoyed listening to her playing flute in her school's Jazz Band and were thoroughly entertained seeing her and her classmates sing and dance some of the familiar music from our generations including:

It's always fun to learn something new. My daughter-in-law uses zucchini as substitutes for pasta noodles. With an amazing gadget, she can now make zucchini noodles. The end product is excellent. Great way to reduce carb intakes.
