Let me begin by sharing with you our view from the roof-top patio of our apartment. Yes it is magnificent. We are in Centro, middle of the old city.
So much new sights and sounds are somewhat overwhelming. In spite of my having hardly any sleep for more than 24 hours. I couldn't wait to go out and see the city where we will call it our home for the next 30 days. I hope the photo captions will give you just the flavor of what we saw and did on our first day.
I hope to be able to share with you in detail what our life is like living in this over 400 years old city.
