Happy Birthday, J.J.!

Aloha Everyone,

Last night, Ria had prepared a guest room for us to use. However, J.J. and decided to sleep in Honu instead because they have two very large cats who approach me whenever I am around. For those of you who know me, furry animals and I do not get along.

Ria commented that she has had many house guests, but this is the first time her guests are sleeping in the driveway.

This morning Ria and I went for a walk in the neighborhood. They live in Sugar Land, a suburb of Houston. According to Rene, the schools in the area are excellent and top in the region in terms of academic 

achievements. The downside, added Ria, is that their high school football team has no bragging rights.

Today is J.J.'s birthday! For lunch Ria and Rene took us to Fat Bao, a fusion restaurant where they specialize Bao (Chinese sandwiches) and soup.  fatbaohouston.com

Right now we are discussing where J.J. and I will be taking them for dinner to continue J.J.'s birthday celebration. Thank you for all of you who sent J.J. birthday greetings.
