Aloha Everyone,
J.J. and I enjoy movies. Our preferred film genres are those based on historical or biographical screen plays. While we enjoy good comedies, nether one of us enjoy mindless action films.
Our RV park is located adjacent to a large movie complex.
The Theory of Everything is a biographical romantic film about the future physicist Stephen Hawking and his wife. The story takes place while he was a student at the Cambridge University. Excellent story telling skillfully acted by the lead and the supporting actors. It is an inspiring and an entertaining film. J.J. and I highly recommend it.
The Imitation Game is about the cryptographer, Alan Turing who helped the British Secret Service solve the German Enigma Code during World War II. It is a powerful tale of an extraordinaire talented mathematician who accomplished a remarkable task but lead a lonely poignant and isolated life. We gave a 3 out of 4 stars for this film.
Kingsman, The Secret Service was one if the worst films we have seen in the last 10 years. One can't help but wonder why such an accomplished actor as Colin Firth would be involved in a badly produced film. It is a bad attempt to copy the sophisticated classic 007 films. Enough said.
