Today was a day of gratitude for I was able to practice Kundalini Yoga with Jesse, Shiloh and her mother, Cynthia.
For those of you who have practiced Kundalini Yoga and meditation, it took us 3 months to review 7 Chakras
and work on asanas, mudras and mantras that go with each of the chakras. If I have lost you, my apologies and at the same time my invitation to visit my other blog site: www.
I met Jesse at the Grants Pass Recreation Program where he teaches "Yoga at the park" last Tuesday. Due to the heavy rain we experienced yesterday, Jesse's yoga class was cancelled but instead we had our Kundalini Yoga class.
Shiloh works with Jessie at Emoathinity where she teaches Zumba. Zumba originated in Columbia, and it is a fun, dance fitness program suitable for people of all ages and sizes.
Cynthia, Shiloh's mother graciously accepted my invitation to join us.
I am truly grateful for these wonderful people who made today's practice very special and memorable.
JJ took a longer route back to our RV park so we can enjoy the clear bright day after an entire day of heavy rain.
Deciduous trees are also turning colors announcing the approach of autumn.
